🌿 Sacred Sound Bath at Root to Rise 🌿

Join us for a peaceful evening of relaxation and renewal with a Sacred Sound Bath led by Sabine in the backyard of Root to Rise Plant Co. at The Backyard GTX.

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in soothing sound vibrations. During the session, Sabine will play crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, creating calming frequencies that help quiet the mind and restore balance to the body.

Take a moment to unwind from the week, slow down, and reset in a beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by plants and community.
