Join us in a meditative state & allow the healing energy of Reiki to give you an extra boost in dismantling the blockages holding you back from your goals! Whether you're wanting an actionable year or internal healing, Reiki offers foundational support to your energetic wellbeing. 

*Workshop includes a take-home plant as a reminder that growth takes time!
